Warranty Policy

At H.W.C, we stand behind the quality of our watches with a comprehensive warranty. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to help if anything goes wrong.

Warranty Coverage

Our watches come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase (excluding used watches). This means that if your watch stops working due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. We do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, or water damage.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please email us at [your store's email address] with your order number and a description of the issue you're experiencing. We may ask you to provide photographs or other documentation to help us assess the problem.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following:

Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or fading of the watch band or case
Damage caused by misuse or neglect, such as dropping the watch or exposing it to extreme temperatures
Water damage that occurs when the watch is not properly sealed or used beyond its intended purpose

We also do not cover any incidental or consequential damages that may result from a defect in the watch.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The watch must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The returns policy excludes any 'built to order watches' which are covered by the warranty policy or 'dead on arrival' policy.
